Amy D. Augustine

Director, ESG Investing

As Director of ESG Investing at 桃颜蜜色视频, Amy oversees the firm鈥檚 ESG integration and active ownership strategies to advance sustainable business integration, performance, and disclosure at a global scale through company dialogues, proxy voting, and public policy engagement. Amy chairs the ESG Research & Engagement Committee and is a member of the Audit & Risk Management, Active Ownership, and ESG Integration Committees.

Amy co-chairs the Institutional Investor Committee of the Thirty Percent Coalition (the Coalition for U.S. board diversity庐), which advocates for increased gender, racial, and ethnic diversity on corporate boards and in senior leadership. She also serves on the ISSB Investor Advisory Group, as well as the UN PRI鈥檚 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Advisory Committee and its Corporate Reporting Reference Group.

Amy began her career in 1997 and joined 桃颜蜜色视频 in 2019. Previously, Amy was Senior Director at Ceres where she advised corporate executives on integrating sustainability into business strategies and decision-making and led a team bringing together companies, investors, and civil society experts in face-to-face dialogues to find smart business solutions to sustainability challenges. She also co-authored several reports and sustainability frameworks, including Turning Point: Corporate Progress on the Ceres Roadmap for Sustainability; Hidden in Plain Sight: Forced Labor in Supply Chains; and the Supplier Self-Assessment Questionnaire. Prior to joining Ceres, Amy worked at Calvert Investments for more than a decade leading diversity and international labor relations research, advocacy, and policy initiatives. She helped develop the Calvert Women鈥檚 Principles, the first global code of conduct focused on empowering, advancing, and investing in women worldwide, and its companion Gender Equality Principles鈥 Initiative.

Amy formerly served on the board of the Global Compact Network USA where she chaired the Nominating and Governance Committee and previously chaired the steering committee of the Sustainable Investment Research Analyst Network (SIRAN). She earned a BA from the University of Kansas. Amy is also a member of the Finance Committee of Old South Church in Boston.
